Refund/Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately AS Smart Training incurs significant costs when our client’s book courses and later cancel. Clients who cancel will receive the following refund of any payment made to AS Smart Training:

- If courses are cancelled more than 24 hours prior to course start date then a full refund is offered.

- If courses are cancelled less than 24 hours prior to course start date then no refund is offered, however you may be offered an alternative course date at our discretion.

 

NO PASS, NO PAY Policy

In order to be booked for a course, the delegate needs to meet the entry requirements. Clients are told what the course entails and expects from them. Please note, If the delegate does not put the effort in terms of doing what is required then they will unfortunately not receive their money back. However, If the delegate does put in effort to pass, and yet fail; we can either rebook them for free or give their money back. The maximum attempts are 3 and if the delegate has yet failed, they unfortunately do not receive their money back.

 

Guarantee Pass Scheme Policy

We also encounter the Guarantee Pass Scheme to our clients which means RISK is committed to providing the highest level of training to all its delegates. We will guarantee to continue to support them until they have passed the course. In order to become eligible for this:

The account must have been paid in full prior to the course start date, the student must have completed any homework, assessments, portfolios/reports and self study tasks in the time allocated, attended the original examination and pay any applicable re-registration and examination fees.
